Sewing machine

Tailor made products and assembling. Sewing is one service we offer our customer when needed. With powerful sewing machines, we joint materials up to 25mm thick.

Splitting machine

When tolerances of standard material either calendared or pressed material is too high, we are able to slice the material keeping

tolerances as low as 0.10mm even for soft polymers.

Splicing Press

When it’s necessary to splice rubber, silicone and plastic. We use the traditional hot vulcanizing for rubber and silicone and infrared heating to splice plastic profiles.
