O-RINGS
O-rings being produced in standard dimensions and in various qualities. Hardness´s and colors is more or less free of choice. Some of our standard qualities used:
NBR, FMQ, Silicone, Viton, Aflas, CR, EPDM, PTFE, Butyl, PU, FKM with others are produced from small series without any tooling cost.

Molded O-rings
Manufactured to British or American and metric standard for dynamic and static sealing applications. Material choice depends on applications.
Encapsulated O-rings PTFE
Generally manufactured with a Viton™ or Silicone energising core and with an exterior Chemours™ FEP or PFA Teflon™ jacket, used in a wide variety of markets and applications where performance is critical.
Jointed O-rings
The lead times are normally quicker than starting from scratch with a moulded O-Ring. Vulcanised O-Rings are readily available in Cross Sections from 1.78mm – 40mm, with larger cross sections available on request. The only limits to size are with the smaller ID’s. No upper limit on ID. Joint strength of 90% of a fully molded O-Ring.
